Appointed in 2021, as the General Manager of the Réseau des Sociétés d’aide au développement des collectivités (SADC) et Centres d’aide aux entreprises (CAE), he brings with him many years of experience as well as a strong political sense, which are beneficial when planning for future development. As well, Pascal has a bachelor's degree in Public Communications from Université Laval.
