Carole Gignac

Carole has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick and is certified as a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma process improvement methodology. Her career has included working in the employment counselling field as well as in educational environments. Originally from Campbellton, NB, Carole lived in Vancouver for 10 years before coming back to her hometown in 2004. Carole worked as a Process Improvement Facilitator with the provincial government of New Brunswick prior to joining the Restigouche CBDC team in 2019.
